About the project

Computer-aided dispatch (CAD) for medical emergencies. The operator sends a WhatsApp link, the patient shares their GPS without installing anything, and the system dispatches the nearest unit with the route loaded. Real-time dashboard with map, code-based prioritization (red/orange/yellow), and stats on dispatch, resolution, and location times.

The problem

In an emergency, locating the patient wastes critical minutes: traditional systems rely on the person knowing and dictating their exact address.

The solution

A CAD where the operator sends a WhatsApp link, the patient shares their GPS without installing anything, and the system suggests and dispatches the nearest unit with the route. All in a real-time dashboard.
