Previously, over 10 years in healthcare and emergency medicine, a licensed professional nurse (Reg. 8337) across nephrology/dialysis, intensive care, coronary care, internal medicine and pre-hospital emergencies, plus teaching and research, a background that shapes his focus on reliable, mission-critical systems and health tech.

After several years in marketing, she made the leap into software development, an experience that lets her connect business needs with user needs. Mauricio leads PairProgramming's growth across Latin America. He combines business strategy, product and business development to understand each organization's problems and turn them into concrete technology solutions. He leads discovery, designs commercial proposals together with the technical team, defines scope, budgets and engagement terms, runs negotiations and closes projects and contracts. He also drives market entry, strategic partnerships and the company's regional evolution.
